The body is such an amazing thing if you just pay attention 💯
I really try to listen to what my body is wanting. Sometimes it's red meat, sometimes it's dairy, sometimes green things (veggies). Eat whatever it is and go on, it was crazy when we really first started cutting out the shit food now it's pretty rare I get hit with a craving for something.
Love the "I don't know if you can eat this on your diet" people, uhhhh I eat whatever I want in moderation and make sure I burn some calories for it 🤷♀️
I can only imagine. My day at home finally is ruined by having to clean up from being gone all week and cooking these steaks I bought to cook over the weekend 🫠
