I don't agree with the take on dice. It sounds more like there are concerns with people using dice wrong than that dice can't generate entropy though. More a fan of von Neumann skew correction than casino grade, and getting one bit per two rolls rather than 2.58 bits per roll, because I wouldn't be surprised that this does underperform some software.
