I once wrote a c++ code, it was a very important stuff, funny thing, not only it worked the first time but also to this day it's still version 1.0, no changes, no bugs. Now I'm afraid to make any changes to it 😅 Good thing it's old and I'm decomissioning it slowly, but any newer creations, built on better hardware are not as stable as that one-in-a-lifetime code.
