Watch me start pronouncing it JFEG then.
I disagree with the creator then. The G stands for GRAPHIC, not GIRAFFE-IC! 🦒
What features are you looking for specifcally?

Thanks @npub15u3…05rq for an awesome chat tonight, and for having me as his first guest on Connection.
Our conversation covered a lot of ground, talking about the origins of @npub1xxd…kt7a, and plenty of other stuff. We probably could have gone on for another hour, but we had to stop somewhere.
It’s been almost a full year to the day since I posted this note. So much has happened since then, but it’s nothing compared to what’s ahead.
Still so bullshit on Nostr! 💜⚡️🖖

How is it October 2026 and Damus still doesn’t animate WEBPs? 🤣

Most of my apps now support this, using the Lazarus Data Recovery spec:
https://sidecar.top
https://www.plebsvszombies.cc
https://mutable.top
I figured out why this is happening.
Plume uses nostr-login, which inserts itself between the page and your signer so it can pass messages along, instead of talking to the signer directly. Sidecar doesn’t support that, so the login button appears to do nothing.
The nostr-login library comes from nostr.band, a service that has shut down and is no longer maintained. I’d suggest replacing it with a direct connection to the signer extension through window.nostr, which is how most modern NIP-07 clients work.
We are so screwed
What do we need to so?

But is there an actual option to display it?
Good thing nobody uses it or we’d have a real problem on our hands.
Wait, why doesn’t Ditto show Lightning addresses if it’s part of the user’s kind0?
Never giving this one away.

If your goal is $1 million, then $999,000 still counts as falling short. That binary score can make years of financial progress feel like one long failure.
A system gives you a better daily measure. Automatically save 50% of every paycheck. Stack sats every week. Build a side business on a schedule. Each repetition moves the plan forward, even when markets refuse to follow your calendar.
A FIRE plan may take 10 to 15 years of accumulation. Willpower is a weak foundation for thousands of recurring decisions. Automation removes many of them, while a routine makes the remaining work easier to repeat. The FIRE number gives you direction; the system determines what you do on Monday morning.
The same idea applies to income. Being useful across several complementary skills—coding, finance, and writing, for example—can expand your earning power and give you more ways to adapt when one income stream weakens.
Your savings rate, recurring investments, and skill-building cadence decide whether you keep moving when motivation fades. Which system would still run during a bad month at work or a brutal bitcoin drawdown?

That may be, but people need to see what’s going on behind the scenes. Most users don’t understand any of it, and just want their apps to work. I’ve already stated where I stand on this.
For those interested to learn more about the Kind Wars currently being waged on Nostr, here’s a primer.

I think the events of the games got lost allong the way or something, but there should be about 8 games already.
I am working on an update to fix a bunch of things
The npc's lines are too much/long. Should be like 2 beats/senteces. These guys yap on and and on.
It should be
'I used to be an adventured like you....but then i took an arrow in the knee'
And not add on
'So i went to the hospital....cost me an arm and a leg!.....so now i walk with a stick...not what you call pole position in life'

I gave up on them a while back, the rewards just didn’t cut it anymore.
What’s also unexpected is that if I’m just trying out a bunch of themes, it creates a noisy mess of events, one for each time I click and sign, and even if I choose the same theme again, it has to sign a new update to say that I created the same theme multiple times, and this shows up in the theme gallery.
If the way it works is to copy the theme data, you could also offer to rehost the background image on the user’s own blossom server, otherwise like you said, the original user could rug them for it at any point.
Regardless, if the signed event can carry the pubkey of the original theme’s author, it would still be possible to correctly attribute it to its actual creator, and use different language to describe the action of signing the event to display that theme on your profile.
@npub18am…p424 Why when I sign an event to choose a theme published by another user does it say I “created” it?

Just putting them out there for anyone to find. You asked me if I could make some @npub1car…f0dd themes for Ditto, and most of them translate pretty well.
I appreciate you too, @npub18am…p424.
