Free Range, Grass-Fed tomatoes made with at least 50% Post-Consumer recyclable, compostable products in a Net-Zero Carbon producing facility only.
I tried to find it again, but this was common about 8 months ago or so. I remember seeing 3 or 4 users with issues because of those rules. I am not sure if they are still around. But I can see this growing, since each app now has its own Nostr sub-community. With 40,000 relays now, things are starting to diversify beyond the standard kind 1 use cases, finally.

@nprofile…wywf : 21/10 - This app has EVERYTHING nostr. Sometimes it's too much but better than too little.
#Ditto ( @nprofile…g58a there is no official npub for the app communication ?) 7/10 - this one has awesome design and advanced theming, love this. Also a lot of features, not as much as Amethyst but some cool exclusive ones the I almost don't us. But at usage it's s bit slow and crashy, also I get lost looking for a basic function sometimes.
What about #Iris ? Still in the game ?
If.
I doubt this is the setting of a standard relay for social interactions. Do you know a relay that have a similar settings, maybe controlled by a WoT?
If they block by a white list, the new key won't work
But if I can just create a fresh keypair and use it, the auth barrier makes little sense.
Many people don't like the idea of their posts being available for everyone and restrict who can see themselves by auth.
Sure, but this is a totally different and specific use case. I'm talking about the standard outbox config that you use for social media / long form.
Yes, but for some relays, you need to be inside the WOA (database).
How? Technically I can spin up a new keypair every time and use it.
P. S. @nprofile…vhl6 idea for a privacy option.
@nprofile…8v88 is on its way to beating @nprofile…2f0t which won't be hard because Primal sucks and has a bad reputation but can it beat @nprofile…wywf ?
This is so dumb, yet smart
GN https://nostr.download/2d0551426766f75b34cda28d170de7c16b5b3336f46eef352b0aa8182f0d0515.jpg
Amethyst users and Primal users can't communicate with each other, except from a root kind 1 note. Amethyst uses kind 1111 and NIP-17. Primal uses kind 1 and NIP-04. This heavily affects communication, as an example, between me and @nprofile…qagl
So Nostr has already split in two, and that's not a good thing.
@nprofile…g58a @nprofile…2szn @nprofile…vhl6
That means you don't need permission from anyone to use it, and you can't be banned from using it. Both Nostr and Bitcoin are also permissionless.
@nprofile…vhl6 flash needs amethyst on ios
The EU already cracked that wall. Under the Digital Markets Act, iOS 17.4 in March 2024 let EU users install apps from alternative marketplaces outside Apple's App Store.
A permissionless app store built on Nostr.
Already allowed in Japan since some time ago
ZapStore will have 3 re-writes before iOS allows a non-Apple App Store.

Yeah. It was weird. I thought Amethyst was the issue but not even the browser openened it.
On blossom? Clients are not supposed to render if the file changes and the hash doesn't match.
Yes, very different renderers. ExoPlayer for videos is a beast of complexity. Gifs go into the usual image viewer.
Yes, but if I serve gif as much much smaller mp4, and have url with or without .mp4 things work or break depending on a client
Ehhh. It uses Blink or Gecko or WebKit? If you give me the answer: Servo. Then I will be bullish and grateful for you
So, just like DeVine was doing? Just another day on #nostr 🤣
#nevent1q…zzxv
Interesting. I only use Amethyst since forever. Maybe you are missing something....
All roads lead to Amethyst
Interesting... The image too 2 minutes to show up here. Not even the browser opened it.
Interesting. I have to try it. Tnk 🫂
Site manifest event on ditto relay. It's an nsite that requires some new apis currently only available at 44billion.net
Never has been. Most clients don't see most of the conversation for more than 2 years now.
You know what I learned from someone? If you mix ketchup with soy sauce, it actually tastes good. Has to be a ratio like 1 tea spoon of soy sauce for every table spoon of ketchup. Good for fries or as a tangy dip.
@nprofile…vhl6 Hey Vitor.
Hope you feel good.
Would you please guide me?
I recovered most of my notes and followers list but when I try to repost some of my lost post by using other client and copy them in Amethyst I can not see them in my profile. The reactions and notifications about them are active but it's invisible. They have links of JPG. What's wrong with them? I still can not see my followers in the side bar but in the profile page they are visible.
I prefer raw tomato 🍅 with salt and lemon
Did you release in the zap store or as a release event kind? If not, then no. It will be treated as a regular kind 1 and there are far to many kind 1s to summarize.
Did Zillion release appeared on your newspaper?
If not, that's not working!!!
@nprofile…wywf is 10/10 on Android. Clean interface, fast, a lots of features, works flawlesslym

⚡️💬 FLASH - I’m going to be honest and share my thoughts on the Nostr ecosystem, specifically the apps I’ve tried.
@nprofile…pcd3 : 6/10. It lets me see all my notifications, but overall, I don’t like the user interface or the font used.
@nprofile…vnlh : 5/10. It lets me read secure private messages, but the app is generally slow, which ruins the user experience. You have to tap twice to like a post, and the name needs to be changed—I think it’s very poorly chosen.
@nprofile…54wh : 7/10. This is the app I use the most—it's the fastest—but its development is very slow: you have to wait nearly a year before you can add GIFs. Plus, adding the "Read" category to the bottom bar is pointless: in two years, I've never read a single "read."
@nprofile…fvca : 4/10. The design is gorgeous. But the app is still just a prototype—or even unusable. It's IMPOSSIBLE to delete the wallet, and the app is extremely slow.
@nprofile…668f : 4/10. I can't find anything good about it. Overall, it's inferior in every way, and I don't like the ergonomics.
@nprofile…fynw : 8/10. This is the best web app: I can split the screen in half and keep track of my notifications while scrolling through my news feed. It's really too bad there isn't a mobile app.
@nprofile…w524 : 2/10. I haven't used that interface since 2024–2025. I hated the color scheme and the interface.
@nprofile…s096 : ?/10. Unfortunately, I can't comment on this because I've never tried it. The app is available exclusively on Android.
I encourage all of you to keep up the good work and listen to user feedback. Now, with Claude and cie, I think we’ll see some great things in the future.
