Overcompensate with dark grey eyeshadow, then slab on that thick eyeliner and it'll look like the original pic you posted. If you zoom in you can see the grey shadow under the liner on the lower lids.
But egads do get good eyeshadow primer first. And let it dry completely before applying other stuff. Then the crows feet will be mostly masked in sooty sexiness and it's a good look

Interestingly, you can use Inkan for that.
Here is how: You create an Inkan master key, delegate it down to your regular current npub, and put the master key in cold storage. From then on everything you sign is with your current npub is provably tied to that master via Ethereum. If your current npub ever gets stolen, you can then wake the master up, revoke the stolen npub, and delegate to a new one. All your past posts with your current npub are, through the master key, cryptographically tied up the new npub.
And you can of course at any time in the future decide to use that master key as your actual public identity. The events you previously created with your current npub (and any replacement npubs that you might use along the way) will then already be attributed to that identity.

Yeah... Well we mostly run no2 now I think kerosene is no1 right? I know the refining is basically the same product, but it is different. I suppose it could just be the cetane (and what was sulfur) and other additives for engine usage.
IIRC propane is one of the best. Ethane and methane are good, but I think propane has the best open flame emissions? and obviously more btu. Methane and ethane are much cheaper to obtain and I guess are more of a byproduct and currently a bit more abundant, at least over here on the east coast. We still got all the pipelines and refineries baby.
I think methane would still have the price/btu but diesel has the highest btu/quantity.

With a good eyeshadow primer it can actually be very forgiving to older folks to do a smokey eye like this (this is like a narrow smokey eye, not full to the eyebrows smokey wings)
But without a good eyeshadow primer any amount of sweat or grease or accidental rubbing will settle the black into lines you didn't even know you had 🤣 I never thought I had crows feet until I made that blunder.
I've always used two faced primer in the turquoise tube but on writing this comment I've discovered it's been long since discontinued and now I'm depressed 😭😭😭 I guess that goes to show how often I wear makeup
