Tokens are AI compute, and you pay for every one, including the ones your agent wastes.
Published tests found three common leaks. Each has a simple fix with big measured savings.
Don't load every tool's instructions into each request. Let the agent look up tools when it needs them. Anthropic measured 150,000 tokens cut to 2,000.
Don't feed it raw HTML pages. Give it the text as Markdown. Cloudflare measured one page going from 16,180 tokens to 3,150.
Don't resend the agent's whole history every time. Trim the stale parts. Xiao et al. found input tokens fell 40% to 60%.
These are separate tests, so don't add them up. Sources and methods: https://amazap.com/blog/business-token-usage-research

Ok so...
Info for you @nprofile…hkys : Brave browser on Mac and cell, Mac is a-ok and works fine but had to delete all browser history from my cell because it was acting up.
I'm having huge problems trying to log in from my cell. I tried the recovery codes not one of them works, 1Password gives me a one-time password that regenerates every 30 seconds and that I used in the time allowed for logging in. Still can't use my cell to log in, nothing works. I get the dreaded invalid code, please try again error message.
Don't understand the 1PassWord one-time password worked fine the first time I logged in from my cell when I joined... What am I doing wrong?
P.S.: on the cell, I still have the authentification two-factor window open... I know that from my settings in here, I can stop the MFA but for safety's sake, I'd rather not...

A note about Winward
After spending some time scrolling through the Winward Casino website, the first thing that struck me was how cleanly the homepage is laid out. The main headline reads “Winward Casino Australia Review – Honest Aussie Verdict: Big Bonuses, Slow Payouts,” which sets a transparent tone right away. The colour scheme is a mix of deep blues and gold accents, giving the impression of a classic casino vibe while still feeling modern.
The site doesn’t hide its key points either. A concise “30‑second verdict dashboard” and a “Trust check snapshot” sit front and centre, summarising the pros and cons in a way that feels more like a quick briefing than a sales pitch. I appreciated seeing the offshore licensing concerns mentioned early – it’s rare to find such candour on an offshore casino page.

🚀 Hopp 0.3.0 — Release v0.3.0
🇬🇧 Hopp 0.3.0 adds cross-device Nostr sync, easier migration, and broad improvements to playback, boosts and downloads.
• Nostr syncs subscriptions, progress, favourites, “Up next”, listening habits and download settings between devices—encrypted and without a Hopp server; a new device can restore the library directly.
• Sovereigncast: Release Boosting and Boost2Unlock entries under “Take part” now open their details directly. Completed rounds stop asking for boosts, and all Sovereigncast actions count toward the daily budget.
• OPML migration is easier: exports from other podcast apps can be shared to or opened with Hopp, while iPhone and iPad users can now choose and export OPML files.
• On Android, the player can raise the volume of quiet shows and provides configurable skip-back and skip-forward controls on the lock screen and in notifications. A seek bubble shows the time and chapter.
• Individual “Take part” entries can be hidden and restored under “Customize Home”; a status indicator also shows how Nostr sync is progressing.
• Hopp displays the wallet balance and will not send a boost the wallet cannot cover. Unclear wallet responses no longer result in a second payment.
• Automatic downloads can be disabled entirely and no longer continue over mobile data after Wi-Fi is lost.
🤝 Want to help build Hopp? Contributions, testing and feedback are welcome.

Can anyone actually show me evidence that natural fibers such as linen and wool have a 5000 hz frequency and are vibrationally better for you than polyester which supposedly has a very low frequency, which brings your overall frequency signature down and makes you less enlightened? I'm hearing lots of stuff about clothing and seeing lots of gurus wearing spandex. Also hearing that if you wear wool drawers with linen pants, the 5k frequency enters standing wave status and they cancel eachother out. Heheh. Enlighten me, someone of the cloth.
