If you mean for me to cite an example of a perfect patriarchal society, I have none. If there were one, it would not have fallen. We must go further than our predecessors in that regard.

I agree that questionong the Church helped it. I am not saying I wish for an atheist society, but I do believe patriarchy can be enforced to women on a basis of strength and dominance, instead of needing to rely on fake gods.
