Can society have UBI on a bitcoin standard? Not through government, but using mining pool distributions or something like the is. Forgive me if it’s a stupid question, I was thinking of it like the oil distribution in Alaska, but through the network itself.
Since Bitcoin is energy like oil could this be possible.
