Yeah, being long-tail abnormal on sizing sucks. I've got a 38in inseam and a 36in waist, and most pants come in a 36in inseam at longest. On top of that, when tall and skinny it's difficult to find sizes long enough that aren't also parachutes. Not many manufacturers make something with the chest size of a typical US large with the length of a 2XL. If you like cargo pants in a BDU style, I know of a place that makes them custom for $48 a pair, but the shipping to Norway would likely suck.
