LOL the last group is interesting... I am curious if there's political spectrum correlation with them. (ie never admit your are wrong, never admit you don't know anything, and do it with great vigor, lest you lose face or seem vulnerable.) In other groups I've worked with most folks were good with how we were running things then (doing basically the equiv. of After Action Reports on outings) -- but I fell out of that group when I ran into leadership who refused to learn from mistakes or even discuss them...
