as far as "just avoid KYC" goes,
this is simplistic thinking that breaks down pretty quickly.

for starters, let's say just 90% of people come in through KYC on ramps.
so nonKYC users have an anonset of 10% of utxos.
there's no forward privacy in such a model. the tx graph is completely exposed and if its EVER correlated with IRL identities (through interacting with KYC services, shipping information, IP leaks etc)
you're fucked. in the future and probably the past too.

so as those nonKYC utxos are signed and move around, they will gradually be associated with identities.
and with no solid CJ implementation right now, there is no good way to regain some entropy.

they will map the entire utxos set and assign risk profiles to every single one.

default privacy is nonnegotiable.
