Yeah, my grip is an issue. I have really small hands. Good for fine arts, but less for lifting or wrestling with bears xD
90kg is and was the max weight I could pull raw without loosing my grip. With 3-5more kilos of muscle this shifted slowly to 100kg. But for maxweight I have to use an alternating grip anyways🤷♂️
Any Ideas how to adress a diffrence in muscle size in my left lower back? I have a huge imbalance there, that I did not notice for years 🤣
