the weird thing is i don't always get it
and i ate bread a lot in my time in prison and instead of a rash i got severe allergic asthma, so bad i couldn't sleep... caffeine reduced it and ventolin reduced it and this obscure antihistamine chlorpyramine reduced it... i struggled for like 5 years with using ventolin on it, because the ventolin stops working in the long term after about 2 weeks, it actually releives it for a few hours and then it's back even worse
and all this trouble with electrolytes
just eating bananas and potato chips is making that mostly go away, but in a weird way, but i feel a lot better, brain working better
anyway, live and learn... in some ways the long time suffering makes the time of liberation from it sweeter, not gonna say i love suffering or evil or anything but yeah
