Don't think I remember that one, but that's pretty much the same impression I got watching the fiery, but mostly peaceful, protests. Roving tropes of agent provocateurs roll in where a normie protest is kicking off. Stir things up, then roll out to another city. Media follows with cover, while shooting the scheme in a way that makes the riot more widespread than it actually is (typically contained to a few blocks or less, in reality)
