I made vegan "scallops" and they were amazing! King oyster mushrooms marinated in a mix of mushroom flavoring, nutritional yeast and kelp powder the pan fried and served with garlic, lemon, parsley butter. Even if you're not into vegan food, I'd try this out since a pack of king oysters are almost one tenth the price of scallops and this recipe is totally delicious! #food #vegan #mushrooms #cooking
