I guess that's partly why I actually WANT the chinks/russkies/iranians to build up their industry to near-parity. The meta has been busted since the 80's... now with the americans' industrial might hollowed out, their personnel selection gimped beyond all reason, it's a fine time to rebalance the game and spread out some competence to the other guys for a change.
