the sender, or whoever actually stored the giftwrap oneshot key, should also be able to delete them, but obviously clients don't store these oneshot keys unless they do, but i'm not aware of any significant motion in the whole client dev field towards enabling actual DM, just ask cloud fodder (npub10np…tl5h) about the focus of client devs on DM handling
