NFTs were pretty obviously going to be a short term fad.

I checked and the abridged version is from a California company that does colorizing.

@npub10fa…rdvy
It's a terrible edit but it isn't the only one on Amazon Prime Video. They also have the full film and a (ick) colorized one.
Amazon probably didn't make the edit, though I could be wrong.

Actually you can feed an AI non-garbage and still get garbage out.

I majored in Information Systems (cause calc kicked my ass) but I never really hung out with the CS people. I found arty people more compatible.

But we've also busted our asses for changes that we ended up thinking "what was the point of that".

Eh, I don't know if that's true when all that changes hands is the brand name. Plenty of zombie brands that exist only to slap a recognizable old name (like Bell & Howell) on Temu-grade crap.
The new brand owner *could* make an effort to bring back a level of engineering comparable to the original company (probably scaled down to serve fewer product lines or taking advantage of modern manufacturing approaches).
But that's not the way to bet. It's usually the Temu-grade crap.

Cell phones were collected from camp counselors. I'm pretty sure it was about "keeping sinful worldly influences" out or some such nonsense. Not to avoid flood alerts.

So much wrongness. Stimulants help ADD more than "a little" and without the effects you claim. Psuedoephedrine is not a cough suppressant, it's a decongestant.

That's all? That's extremely optimistic.

Heavy stuff for a comic created to sell toys.

Maybe even a little relevant today.

The “stick with Biden" scenario also sets us up for a lot of peril.

Didn't he start making drugs to pay for cancer treatment or something? That would likely require money laundering. Cancer treatment doesn't seem like the kind of thing you would want to get on the black market.

It occurred to me that Amazon being full of randomly generated Chinese brand names is going to damage the very idea of brands and brand loyalty. Why remember the brand name of something you buy when you may never see that brand again.
I expect items and vendors at AliExpress are similar.
