Hello everyone! Nicholas here, back with another update to share with you all.
Today, I finally learned the reason why @npub1s4y…rcvy reported asbestos.cafe, and it’s quite a story. To give you a bit of context, someone associated with asbestos.cafe joined one of my alternative Discord servers. Right off the bat, things got tense. This person dropped the “N” word and was extremely aggressive, even demanding that I take down a post I had shared to assist other admins. I had originally posted it to inform the community about some of the issues surrounding asbestos.cafe, hoping to shed light on the situation for those who might not have been aware. However, this person didn’t appreciate my efforts and kept pushing, saying that Linux “deserved” to be targeted.
After witnessing such offensive behavior, I knew I had to act quickly. So, I went ahead and banned him from the server to prevent further disruptions and to keep the community respectful. I wish I could provide screenshots of this encounter as proof, but after sharing the allegations about asbestos.cafe, I ended up deleting my alternative Discord server for various reasons, which included wanting to avoid any further incidents like this.
Thanks for reading, and remember that my aim is always to foster a safe and supportive space for everyone. Let’s continue to stand up against this kind of behavior.

Hello everyone! Nicholas here with a new update that I felt was important to bring to the community’s attention.
Today, while browsing through various reports (fediblock) on concerning servers, I came across quite a few troubling instances, but one, in particular, caught my attention—the server *asbestos.cafe*. It has come to light that one of the moderators on this server used an extremely offensive racial slur, the "N" word, in a post directed at another user, @npub1s4y…rcvy. This kind of behavior is not only offensive but undermines the values of respect and inclusivity that many of us strive to uphold within our communities.
Linux, who was on the receiving end of this post, did an excellent job documenting the incident. They uploaded two pieces of evidence to support their report. One of the screenshots, marked sensitive due to the content’s nature, provides a clear view of the poor language choice made by the moderator. The second screenshot confirms that the individual responsible for this offense is indeed one of the moderators on *asbestos.cafe*. Having moderators who engage in such behavior is alarming because they hold positions of authority and responsibility within the community and should be upholding standards of respect rather than violating them.
As a show of transparency and proper attribution, I’d like to give full credit to @npub1s4y…rcvy for their diligence in bringing this to light. They’ve taken the initiative to share the necessary evidence, allowing us to address this behavior head-on. If anyone would like to see the report, I’m more than willing to share it with you for additional context.
In light of this evidence, I strongly encourage the admin teams across our networks to consider banning or suspending *asbestos.cafe* due to the unacceptable conduct displayed by their moderator. Allowing a server with this kind of environment to operate unchecked not only risks normalizing harmful language but also contributes to a toxic space that is unwelcoming and potentially damaging for many users.
Additionally, I want to emphasize the importance of maintaining our digital spaces free from offensive language. To help with this, I’ve personally taken steps on my Mastodon page to filter out swearing and offensive words to keep my feed as respectful as possible. I also use the APF extension to block similar content, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for ways to maintain a safe and respectful online experience.
Let’s continue to work together in making our community one where people feel respected and valued. Thank you for your attention, and let’s hold each other accountable to ensure these spaces remain positive and inclusive for everyone.

Hello everyone! Nicholas here with an update on some troubling developments I've come across on Mastodon. As someone invested in keeping our online communities safe and welcoming, I felt compelled to share what I found to help raise awareness.
While exploring Mastodon, I stumbled upon a few servers that seem to be fostering a harmful atmosphere, contributing to a decline in the quality of interactions and actively undermining the positive spirit of the platform. These servers are being called out by many users who are concerned about their impact on the broader community.
The first server I came across is abraham.su. This server is a single-user instance, run by @npub1m0j…89yn . While I won’t go into specific details, the behavior of the administrator has raised serious concerns across Mastodon, as it includes actions that are highly inappropriate and damaging. These issues have led many users to request that abraham.su be blocked or suspended for the well-being of the community.
Another server, eveningzoo.club, has also come under scrutiny. This instance is notorious for harboring highly racist accounts, one example being https://eveningzoo.club/@DeezMistaReez. Even more concerning is that there seems to be significant crossover between eveningzoo.club and nicecrew.digital. For those who haven’t done so already, blocking nicecrew.digital may also be wise to prevent further spread of its problematic content. Instances like this perpetuate harmful ideologies that threaten the inclusive nature of Mastodon.
Lastly, we have merovingian.club, which describes itself as a “club for red-pilled exiles.” Unfortunately, this phrase appears to reflect the culture of its content, with members frequently posting antisemitic, racist, and misogynistic messages. The atmosphere in this instance is openly antagonistic to many members of the Mastodon community and does not align with the platform’s principles of respect and inclusivity.
These servers are a reminder of how important it is to stay vigilant and to stand against behavior that can damage the well-being of the community. If you haven’t yet, please consider blocking or suspending these servers to help keep Mastodon a safe, welcoming space for all. The community thrives when we each do our part to support a positive environment, so thank you to everyone who takes action to keep Mastodon healthy and inclusive.

reintroduction
Hello and welcome to my Mastodon page! I’m Nicholas, an 18-year-old with a passion for blogging, singing, and creating VA (voice acting) songs. If you're into exciting content, you've come to the right place! I regularly post about my favorite topics and share original songs, including those dedicated to the game I absolutely love—Honkai Star Rail.
I voice act as Dan Heng in my songs, though I only use this character for my music projects, and all rights to Dan Heng and Honkai Star Rail belong to HOYO, the original creators of the game.
Whether it's sharing thoughts, creating music, or chatting about the latest in the game, I’m always looking forward to connecting with people who share the same passions. I enjoy meeting new friends, exchanging ideas, and diving into fun, meaningful conversations. Follow me to stay updated on my posts, music projects, and so much more. Let’s explore this journey together!

Hello Mastodon Admins and Owners,
This is Nicholas, a trusted member of hear-me.social. I’m reaching out to urge everyone to take action against scammers who are attempting to infiltrate our community and steal money. I've created a document with the help of friends I’ve connected with worldwide before joining Mastodon. The link to this document is below—please review it carefully, as it contains crucial information on how to block scammers, scams, and even hackers.
I've also introduced a new hashtag, #WarOnScammers, to help newcomers avoid being scammed or hacked.
Remember, don't let yourself be scammed.
Best regards,
Nicholas

Today, I am going to do something about my loss of the main account [@nicholas_the_saver](https://hear-me.social/@nicholas_the_saver ) .
I am sad that I got hacked even though I was protected by BetterStack and they didn't told me anything. So, now I am using Checkly Dashboard for securing my account

story behind aipub.social is that they use AI to steal information like, where we live and which accounts we follow

so do you mean hear-me.social or what I just reported

Basically shortstacksran.ch is posting something that Mastodon doesn't like, which is racisms (in general).
About aipub.social, they might steal our data like what happened to me on my old account ( [@nicholas_the_saver](https://hear-me.social/@nicholas_the_saver ) ) which was hacked and data stolen and they are AI to devoted to generative theft

Dear Mastodon admins,
I strongly recommend taking swift action to ban the following servers, as they pose significant risks to the integrity of the Mastodon network and the safety of its users. These servers are engaging in activities that are not only harmful to our community but also violate the values we stand for.
1. shortstacksran.ch: This server has been circulating posts that promote racism, which is completely unacceptable in our community. The administrator’s behavior is highly concerning, as they exhibit clear troll-like tendencies. Their posts make it evident that they are intentionally provoking and spreading harmful content. Allowing this server to continue operating on Mastodon could lead to further dissemination of hate speech, undermining the inclusive and respectful environment we strive to maintain.
2. aipub.social: This server is involved in activities related to AI and what can only be described as generative theft, which is a growing concern for the Mastodon ecosystem. There are serious allegations that this server might be engaging in unethical practices, including potentially stealing usernames and passwords through IP address tracking. This poses a direct threat to the security and privacy of Mastodon users. The presence of such a server compromises trust within our community and could deter new users from joining or participating.
For the sake of protecting our community from these malicious actors, I urge you to consider banning these servers. It’s crucial that we act decisively to maintain the safety, security, and positive atmosphere that makes Mastodon a welcoming space for everyone.
