Higher protein, fat, and solids make it thick with no straining. Stuff in the store is strained to remove the whey. 1 lb of cow milk yogurt = 1/3 lb of Greek cow milk yogurt. That also why it costs more. There is literally no better yogurt than sheep’s milk yogurt.
