I hope this finds you well. My name is Philip and I am writing to you today seeking your support as I embark on a mission to build a forever home for myself and my vision. Did you know all it takes is 1 person to show hope. 1 person to support, and 1 person to foster a vision.
I am 46, I am #disabled and #Bipolar, on #SSDI, I have sever #anxiety and bipolar, #PTSD, ADD/ADHD. I do not drive. I live in #poverty. I struggle to make ends meet, I have many unmet needs. I need an Advocate, and or Social Worker to Help me. I need help to get a home where I can keep until I die. I don’t want to worry about what to eat, I don’t want to go to be hungry anymore, I don’t want to worry about the decline of my mental health, because of lack of care. My health is slowly but steadily declining. I have not had proper care for some time. I feel out of control with my emotions and anxiety. I have not felt right for the past year. I have no access to public transit, I don’t drive, so getting out is very hard for me. I really have no support system in my life. I need help in all areas of my life. I am spinning out and I can’t get a grip. No I don’t need a hospital right now. But I do need someone who cares and someone that can help me get things done, and get my life back under control. I have been asking online for financial help, but no one will help me. I need a social worker that can get me moved into a location with better access to everyday life and if possible medical care. I need someone to help organize and deal with all the life issues, as they are tearing me apart inside I simply cant deal with it. This disabled bipolar man in his mid forties, lives in poverty and constant pain. I struggle to sleep, I often can not afford to eat, I worry a lot about my living situation, as it is far from stable and sustainable. I have no health care, I have no access to transportation. I have no friends, no family to help me. I struggle to complete simple daily tasks. I need Help. But I can not find any. I need an advocate to help me get stable housing, to find healthcare, to obtain a constant healthy food source. Please HELP ME. I have no one who can, and I have no way to get anywhere on my own. Please Help ME. Being I am Disabled I am on SSDI, which means I do not have any money, and I can only afford $325 a month for rent and utilities combined. I need Help to find something I can afford, that is safe, stable and can be long term as in at least the next 40 years, as I can’t handle change. I am trying to deal with it now. Because my current situation has become less than right for me, Please HELP ME. I have no one who can, and I have no way to get anywhere on my own. Please Help ME. and my mental health, and the sooner I get out and into someplace new, the sooner I can maybe get myself going forward in a positive way. I am on the Dallas County Housing Authority waiting list here in Texas, but I cant really wait. I need an Advocate, and or Social Worker to Help me deal with this. If you can Help me in any way that can actually make the wheels turn forward.
For so long I have been asking for help, only for my pleas to go unanswered. Yet here I am again asking for your help, compassion, empathy and support.
$10,000 will allow me to pay off my credit accounts, which will give me again the ability to have around $2,500 in available credit for urgent use, which often goes to buying enough food to eat, as my current Food and Groceries budget is only $250 a month total. But hopefully I can hold off longer this year before needing it. If I could raise $10,000 I could both pay off those credit accounts, and increase my monthly Food Budget allowing me to only use my credit for Emergency or Immediate use situations.
If I could raise $3million in a rather short amount of time, I could obtain my own property and home, whether I buy a house and property or vacant property and build my forever home. My realistic ideal budget for property and home along with the necessary things that go with a home, is currently around $500,000 and that is very doable. But lets just say to create my forever home, furnish it stock it with food and all the stuff one needs to live, cost $1.5million I would still have $1.5million left in the bank which would give me $37,500 a year for the next 40 years of my life, which is a increase of $25,000 a year over my current $12,000 a year. Which would allow me to cover all my property taxes, utilities, maintenance, food and groceries and basic life costs, and not have to ever worry about what I am going to eat, or where I will sleep and for how long.
As someone with #disabilities, I am disabled and Bipolar, on SSDI, I have sever anxiety and bipolar, PTSD, ADD/ADHD and I have faced many challenges throughout my life. I do not drive. I am poor. I struggle to make ends meet, I have many unmet needs. Despite all of that, I have remained resilient and dedicated to achieving my dreams. My vision is to build my forever home and create my creative studio.
Being I am Disabled I am on SSDI, which means I do not have any money, and I really can not afford to live, which means I can’t afford to save, which almost eliminates any chance for a positive sustainable future for myself. As a bipolar man, this creative visionary. Has had a hard life and has found it is very hard for people that have issues in life. To achieve independent freedom and more importantly self worth. Realizing that a life that has obstacles is often hard. This disabled bipolar man in his mid forties, lives in poverty and constant pain. I struggle to sleep, I often can not afford to eat, I worry a lot about my living situation, as it is far from stable and sustainable. I have no health care, I have no access to transportation. I have no friends, no family to help me. I struggle to complete simple daily tasks. I need Help. I do not have the skills most take for granted to communicate with people to develop friendships and or partnerships. So getting my story, and my life ambitions along with my vision out to the masses just fails to happen.
I would love to buy around 150-2oo acres in Vermont or northern Maine, if I am lucky it will have an old farm house and barn on it. Close to the old house I would like to build my home and studio, carve out 10 acres around the two house’s, and create a park like setting. I would restore the old farm house and turn it into a year round bed and breakfast, on the rest of the carved out 10 acres, I would set up a tranquil rv camping ground. I would restore the old barn, and set up a coffeeshop and community center that could be rented out for events. This would slowly but steadily allow me to save up and bring my vision to life. The rest of the property I would section off, I would love a small maple sugar farm, and my own 1-2 acres organic garden. I would lay out space to eventually build a dormitory and studio for my vision, along with 25 private cabins, which could be rented out to traveling artist to have a small inspiring retreat.
