I feel like this is important to share here too, this is from my boyfriends family:
we are all working together to take care of him now, he is pretty though so he moves around, but when my bf is busy or his wife is working i'm here taking care, in santiago his daughter helps, so it's really a big important thing to everyone around and me too.
So we are holding a charity raffle to help him and the costs for surgery for a cervical fracture. The cost of the surgery is very high, and as a family, we are doing everything we can to raise the money.
for Chileans we are hosting like a normal "rifa de caridad" with prizes and everything so if you are local, DM me so you can get a number for the chance to win some prices we gathered

this was the thing when it arrived
with the plasma display
i really wanted to get it to work, someone was pretty awesome on twitter and sent me a whole schematic of his plasma controller board for the same computer (mine was missing) and i tried several times to make a replica but never got it to work

this was a test fit
the thing is that obviously it was old crusty and cracked, the screen pivots with springs so i had to make a ton of repairs, i 3d printed most of them
it looked pretty good after i washed it and repaired it

well whatever
so i got this in the whole lockdown era, ordered it from ebay as scraps, just for the case itself and it came with a plasma display that sadly never got to work, can't remember who but someone was pretty awesome and made a schematic and others of his own computer plasma controller, i replicated it and never got it to actually do anything sadly
so i had to do a full build with this thing, i'll make a thread
i got this tv from the fleamarket and it was a perfect candidate for it

at least that was i needed to get my snap 1000 working at some point, so i guess it's the same for the 2200
the image from a 1100 dosn't boot on the 2200 so idk, before i trash the board lol
