Dehydrating some sweet pineapple treats for the upcoming wilderness journey.
Plan a time where you can go outside. Get away from screens, clocks and machines to reconnect with flow, awe, and God.

The planning continues for a 40 day solo canoe expedition. The dehydrator has been running non-stop!
My friends from church are writing me notes, letters and poems for me to take into the wilderness ❤
Couldn't be more grateful for the people making this possible. Im hoping to return with something to give back - especially a more loving and whole self.
