I love this. I'm currently a CalAI customer but I'll be switching when it's live. Another point of feedback, I onboarded Friends & Family to CalAI but the app doesn't let us keep each other in check. Like they can't see my calories nor I can see if they stayed on diet.
This is cool for health groups to keep each other honest.

- Don’t obsess over 1 random feature ( road flare, didn’t even understood it after watching it twice )

Can’t they just be squashed on the backend?
Just return the clients a “JSON” list of all the reactions and sign each with a ephemeral key.

If you are doing relational database queries, yes it’s kinda slow.
If you are doing key-value database lookups (LMDB), probably faster.
Sacrifice compute for storage or viceversa. The trade offs for dev life.

Inscriptions are literally unpatchable. They can use a different op_codes in the tapscript. Using op_false is them being nice so nodes can safely prune them.
Alternatively they may can use fake multsigs making the problem worse with chain bloat.
And ultimately they may end up using p2sh ordinals like dogecoin is doing ( they don’t have taproot )
It’s a lose-lose game.
