Something a little different: an original, classical-style organ piece. Lately the right words have been hard to find, so I’ve let the music speak. It was shaped by the surreal chaos and injustice close to home—and by the courage and steadiness of the Minnesota community facing it head-on. A bittersweet hope born in dark hours. I’m grateful to live among you #music #classical #original

For musicians and general lovers of #music unsure what to make of A.I music — this Adam Neely video is worth the watch:

Proud of #Minnesota’s steadiness—morals intact, demanding #justice and #accountability. The truth is in the streets and in the way neighbors care for each other, even as power turns its face against its own people. Legacy media can spin; we won’t forget. I’m proud of our community, and it keeps me writing even on the hardest days. May Alex Pretti and Renée Good rest in power—and may we keep learning from their sacrifices.
Peace within and out
Yev

Felt compelled to share for those of us grieving in #mpls and elsewhere. I hope this helps hold the weight for a moment.
“Wail” — live phone capture with a touch of reverb.
