honestly, I found the process relatively easy and straightforward. I can help you if you have any specific issues. The signing thing is pretty much 4-5 commands you type once + a PR and you're good to go.

That's the point, you didn't. You changed the wording of the license, and you failed to understand the basics of open-source software, why it exists, and how it should work. Other people are allowed to fork your code and make changes to improve it. Others have already explained it more in depth than I have.

I use shortcuts all the time, they really speed up my workflow. Even tough I'm in the terminal/vim most of the time. Any UI app that has shortcuts, I will make use of the ones for the most common operations I use. Think of stuff like browsers, I use new/close tab shortcuts all the time; tab switchers, app switchers; select all, I also align my windows to left/right portions of the screen or maximize them, etc. Saves a bunch of time, especially going back and forth to mouse and targeting

Use it as a file sync server, and use a good 3rd party app. I use Obsidian and just use it on a Nextcloud folder, works beautifully

No prob, works great for me I set it to sync every ~15 minutes (only if it has changes) and I haven't had any problems, super easy to work with once it's set up you don't touch it ever again. Good luck!

Consider using something like Obsidian, which has a lot of really great markdown support and also a lot of community+official plugins to give you all the functionality you would ever need including support for more file types.
The only small hurdle is syncing it to phone (I use Android), but I found an app to do that for me called FolderSync

Are there any popular stores that let me upload apps without all this hassle while also not restricting the types of SDKs I can use? (e.g. F-Droid won't allow Google services related stuff like Firebase - please correct me if I'm wrong) #Google #PlayStore #FDroid
