@lens/0xjavi Will the files uploaded to lensie drive eventually be available on the standalone <https://grovedrive.com>

I don't like bringing up politics on my social pages, but California is acting like a crazed lunatic.
I don't know if that law is even enforceable... would it just open up more chances for lawsuits against companies if a minor is affected by a website?

Honestly I think @lens/lens should take this note from Nostr; I found a feature in Primal (popular Nostr app) called “Zap Poll” where you have to stake sats (bitcoin) in your choice, and the choice that has the most sats staked in it wins.
Orb does have the prediction thing, but that’s not a polling tool.
Basically Lens could recreate this with GHO (or maybe allow polls with custom tokens like $pointless)

My home security system (Vivint) has the ability to trigger a panic alarm from its mobile app, but I believe that would activate the siren too. Would be nice if they allowed you to trigger a silent alarm (maybe even with the same stealth as a duress code trigger) from the app too.

Bitcoin is still great :D
Bitcoiners also building social with Nostr, and the Ethereans are building with Lens (and Farcaster) 🙂

added an extra $1 :>

Paul over on Primal (Nostr) is right, crypto has been eroded by infinite token spam and the old NFT craze
I support Nostr and Lens 💜💚
They both drive reusable identity, free speech, and people-driven monetization.

Well at least we have mailens.xyz now

2026-05-05 22:41:44 GMT

I am an Etherean and Lenser (what do we call lens people?), yet also a Bitcoiner and Nostrich

2026-05-05 22:41:42 GMT

so uhhh I haven’t been on lens in ages, what did I miss :<
I wish that more crossposting apps would let you post to lens and farcaster too

2026-05-05 22:41:39 GMT

I haven’t been on FC either. 🫠
Mostly been playing games and also coded a project to send things I post on Bluesky to Nostr. (I wish I could do the same thing with Lens but idk how to code stuff for lens.)

2026-05-05 22:41:36 GMT

I made a Bluesky bridge for Nostr but I also want to make one for Lens, and idk how to do that... seems like there's no way to do lens stuff in Python
At least Lens has the manager system where I can just give the app a key and allow it to make posts
If anyone wants to see that nostr thingy it's here: <https://github.com/littlebitstudios/bluenostr>

It works great, you can see some of bsky.app/profile/grayscaletwin.littlebitstudios.com posts on @lens/littlebit672.
It did hiccup on media, you may need to resolve PDS servers using DID documents from plc.directory queries or resolving a did:web: identity, but so far that’s the only issue I see :>
You might also want to look at the rich text facets key in the record JSON to replace pings and links in the posts with the correct data.
Great work, +1 GHO :>
