Also can you test resetting the app in the android settings and selecting never auto backup when you open citrine again?
After that import a backup and try to use the app to see if it's the large db or its the backup that is locking the db while you are using it

I think the database is getting locked when exporting the events. I'll see if I can fix it tomorrow.
There's another bug when importing the events from your account on nostr.band it downloads 3 million events instead of 300k sometimes

Browsers may disconnect when you open another app or another tab. You need to check the connection and reopen the subscription from the relay
Also try using another relay like citrine or a relay in your computer to see if it gives you a better experience

Maybe one day we can finally change this.
Its a pain to get a new app there, but applications showing full screen ads can stay at the play store forever and nothing happens to them.
Every month I have to remove some of those apps from my parents phone because instead of using the files apps from the os they try to install App cleaners from the Play store

Browsers are even worse. One example recently they removed support for using local apis.
If i'm using https://example.com i cant access http://192.168... without enabling a flag in the browser settings.
This broke many industrial applications and we had to teach people how to enable that flag.
There's no scape when building applications, every platform there's something that developers use and they will just remove/block or make it unusable

This is something that happens in all browsers and all operating systems. When the device is low on memory and you leave the web page it disconnects from the relays and when the user opens the page again it connects to it again.
I don't know if there's some event listener for checking of the user is back on the web page again.
I had some success in simulating this using a 8gb Mac. using a private window you send the connect event, minimize the web page and accept the event in the signer, after that you open the page again and the login didn't happen.
You may need something to use a lot of memory and/or CPU like building a rust project or building amethyst
From what I remember @nprofile…wthp worked on those diconnections in the nostr-login widget, Maybe he know better why browsers have this problem

For web developers:
You need to know that when a user minimizes the browser, open another app, open another tab or just focus on another window the browser may or may not disconnect from the relays your app is using
Its not a always disconnect, not a never disconnect but a random disconnect
So if you have nip 46 implemented or is implementing it you should code as if the relay will always disconnect and you need to reopen the relays subs again when the user is back in your app

I have some issues.
If I try to create a embedded node after I have setup Zeus without it, it just keeps loading forever. Didnt check of its an error or is just taking a long time to download something

Not related to this but there's still something wrong with you website when loading your profile picture.
Refreshing the page a few time loads your profile picture bit it returns an empty response for the first few requests

Today is one of those days that I spend all day thinking this is my last day alive.
For 10 years I was diagnosed with anxiety and they gave me meds for it, only after my heart problems started that the endocrinologists start saying what I have is hyperthyroidism.

Clients generate a new key for the login. How will that work when using paid relays?
Thats why I always recommend using a local relay inside your network like citrine for example.
Did you ever read how nip 46 works?
Relays for bunker are not normal relays

It's probably because it's always using the secret now and using nip 5 , clients doesn't know the secret it should use. You can try enabling listen for new connections in the settings.
nip05 login was deprecated in favor of the nostrconnect because of this. With nip05 login you don't have a secret, someone can spam you with login requests, you need a server and if you don't have your on domain you will need to trust the nip05 provider to use the relay you want.
The best example for a nostrconnect login for me it's nostrudel, it shows a qrcode and let you change the relay. This way the user is always in control and can use a local relay like citrine or a relay in his home computer

Could be a bug in the relay but if you are testing in a web browser if you minimize it or change tabs the relay will disconnect and once you open the browser again it will connect again, if the client didn't implement anything to send requests to the relay again after this it will never get the bunker response
That's one of the reasons why relays should store the ephemeral events for some minutes and not just send it to the active subscriptions

I tried for 3 or 4 months, every sim I tried didn't work. When it finally worked they added some random spaces at my LLC name and rejected verifying the account
After this I gave up of a play store release.
Apple worked but every day they asked for a new document, bagde, signature and it keeps going until I gave up too

I just use without a case or screen protection. Never broke any phone by dropping it or have any scratches on the camera or the screen.

For native apps not much, for web apps they need to talk to relays so the privacy is the same as any client.
By default I fetch your profile data to get the account name and picture from relay.Nostr.band and purplepag.es but you can change it
The default relay to talk to nip 46 apps is relay.nsec.app
You can change it too. I usually use citrine for the applications relay and use relay.nsec.app for the other apps that don't work with local relays
There's a option to use the orbot proxy too

Are you running a very old version of the apk?. I changed the keys something like 6 months ago
If you are using a very old version you need to uninstall and reinstall, make a backup of your keys amd database first
