Picked up some IKEA goodies including a couple of temp/humidity sensors — thanks for the tip, @npub1rw5…vc6k.
I’ve put one of the sensors on the kitchen wall so far

I wonder if Mastodon is 3rd to Threads and Bluesky. Tried both, not a fan of either. Threads only good for finding new indie apps (mostly photography ones!). But yes a shame that some see Mastodon mostly as an RSS feed and not a community.

I remember replying to a toot on here by a British podcaster years ago. He’s only known in nerd circles and isn’t famous outside of that but oh boy does he think he is. My polite reply asking where he got his desk mat from was met with crickets. He didn’t get many replies so it’s not like my voice got lost in the noise. I think he probably only replies to fellow podcasters so I just couldn’t understand why even have social media when you’re not engaging with people that supported your work. It’s just one way traffic 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ll pay handsomely for a cookie-banner pop-up killer extension that actually *can* stop them in Safari. They all say they do but that’s not my experience.
I wonder if AI ever could stop them 🤔
