As an outsider to that field, my question would be about precision. I'm assuming the measurements have become more precise and that the need for precision is increasing as easier fields are depleted.
Seems like that could explain the need for more frequent testing to me and more frequent testing with more precise instruments will show more change.

📰 **The BIP-110 Ghost That Won't Die—The Saga Continues**
✍️ by NM team
Last week I told you BIP-110 was dead. **0.31% hashpower. 2% node support. A proposal so rejected it made the 2017 blocksize wars look like a polite disagreement.** Then July 9 happened—and 17 mysterious blocks suddenly signaled support, triggering automatic monitoring alerts across the network. **Luke Dashjr just declared it's "too late to cancel," while Michael Saylor insists Bitcoin has "no spam problem" with fees at $0.30. The August deadline isn't just approaching—it's becoming a countdown to either a network split or the most humiliating governance defeat in Bitcoin's history.**

📰 **Bitcoin’s Real Enemy Isn’t Strategy—It’s the Banks, JPMorgan Just Admitted**
✍️ by NewYork
You’ve been watching the wrong villain. While everyone panicked over Strategy’s $216 million Bitcoin sale, JPMorgan just dropped a bombshell that changes everything you thought you knew about Bitcoin’s biggest threat. Here’s what they said—and why it might be the most important thing you read all week.

Fiat is broken, and you can’t fix it.
Bitcoin works, and you can’t break it.
I meant in general. But in this case, it's probably not a parasite either just because the news stories seem to be in narrative lockstep.

There's a huge difference between allowing 3rd party lending/contracts and enforcing them on the base layer. Bitcoin is hard money, lending tools and contracts can be built around it or on top of it without needing to change consensus rules. Hard money that isn't initially created as a debt instrument doesn't need as big of a financial industry built around it as fiat dollars do.

Discipline is just delayed freedom. Every time you hold the line, you're buying back your future.
I hear you. Not sure on the disaster side of the context myself and also not sure on timeframe potential for these things. As a geo, you kind get educated into this whole slow process thing and everything takes a long time etc and then you go to work, look at rocks and that doesn't make sense. Episodic is more realistic.
But my point wasn't to say I agree with thesis, just interesting data point for people. It's been quite a dramatic change we see. Ties in with all the aurora changes too. I find it quite interesting but might simply be because it's in my field of study, work and curiosity
I was right about telemetry, I was right about weaponised advertisements (Fog Reveal), NOW AGE CHECKS WILL DO EXACTLY THE SAME.
We will wake up in an "attested" world, with locked bootloader devices because governments won't be able to control underground groups without age checks and will demand every device to be locked.

i think the answer is what if ahmadinejad did join mossad only to liberate israel from the shadow contract with the un, and they constructed a quiet shadow op to liberate iran from the iranian guard holdover from the militant cia mercs within iran - and trump bamboozled into it all and kinda fucked it up but netanyahu gathered him up and here we are. and now everyone needs to finish the job, and get back to their lives and let iran stabilize.
I've learned that automation favors consistent, unchanging tasks that need speed, precision, and unrelenting consistency. There are a lot of places where automation is a blessing, whether it's software or mechanical. The art is to find where that automation will live its best life, rather than trying to jam automation where it doesn't belong.
Maybe a reference to Taco Bell not putting lettuce on their stuff now because of the spore outbreak somewhere - the main symptom is explosive diarrhea.
Well if you live in a normal country with self-incrimination protections and not a shithole like the UK then you don't have to surrender the keys, what is more, it is advised for you to not speak or revea any data when asked by law enforcement.
The end.
The UK literally broke the most important self-incrimination protection - never enter the UK without plausible deniability encryption (for example veracypt containers) especially if you own any cryptocurrencies
