Calibre does not yet compile on RISC-V systems, specifically an issue compiling the `libqt6webenginecore6` dependency.

找有大会员的群友记录了一下影视飓风最新一期采访法医刘良的视频码率配置(都是 H265):
- "1080P 高清": 610Kbps
- "1080P 高码率": 983Kbps
- "4K 超高清": 3077Kbps
而同时影视飓风小红书发布的 4K 版本直接就还是源文件, 码率高达 40.1Mbps, 观众可无障碍获得的同规格视频分辨率下码率体验是哔哩哔哩的 13 倍.
我还以为影视飓风那期码率相关的视频发出来之后哔哩哔哩至少会对这种站内顶流特殊关照一点呢, 说句好听的是人人平等.

现在哔哩哔哩想要保 1080P 的码率最直接的做法是导出就直接超采样到 4K, 给它 4K 的码率就直接拉爆, 然后 1080P 的基本码率才能得到保障.
哔哩哔哩这 4K 码率只能说也刚到 1080P 的及格线.
在一个无人在意的角落, 小红书 App 上能观看到的的 1080P 长视频码率已经远超哔哩哔哩需要开会员才能看到 1080P 高码率.
小红书上传一个 1080P 60FPS H265 8bit 422 视频, App 上拉取到的流直接就是原始投稿文件, 连校验和都和原始文件一样的, 码率 16Mbps 完全没有损耗. 这个规格我可以说碾压国内所有长视频平台上的 1080P, 包括某些平台开了会员的 1080P 高码.
