And some clients generate a new npub everytime with each secret zaps. Hard to rely on stats these days.

Correct. Ecash as a concept isn’t relevant to anyone outside of a tiny bubble of cypherpunks and Nostr freaks, not to mention there are so many different scams using the name “ecash” in their own ways (only the latest being Paul Sztorc’s doomed drivechain fork of bitcoin launching this summer) that it will never be taken seriously. I stand by that.
The Tiny Desk Concert format is so funny to me 😂 I love unplugged music as much as anyone else, but the choice to do them in a cluttered office corner always makes me laugh 😂

We don't have any devs that are enemies and I would never consider any of them as such.
This made me laugh 😂 Some of you know I have…opinions about 1-sat zaps 🤣 You won’t find me sending them, but taking a step back I also know that even a 1-sat zap is money.
No matter how many times I went viral in my Twitter days, those likes never amounted to a single satoshi. 1600 single-sat zaps may be ridiculous in concept, but at this moment it is equal to a dollar’s worth of real world spending power.

Lightning is a mess, but it’s our mess. There should be many providers offering the same interoperability and UX of Spark, but then you run into the same kinds of problems that you get with Cashu in terms of not knowing which operators can be trusted to not go offline or rug their users.
