Yes 'sibericana' is a self declaration. Nothing stops anything or anyone from creating another billion 'sibericana''s. The publickey however is what is unique, so can tell them appart.
This begs the question as to how i know who or what the "real" sibericana is. Philosophical questions aside (they ultimately do matter but il skip 'm for now), the straight forward answer is a combination of 'somehow' (we might have met and shook hands or whatever) and you network of relationships and interactions; we call this 'web of trust'.
Non trivial problems all in all, but we will figure it out.
As for the apps: you can use a 1000 apps simultaniously if you wanted. No need to log out of primal. I dont know if primal's remote sign in works on iOS, but if it does you can use it to get into yakihonne.
Ideally you don't stick your private key into a bunch of apps directly. With a remote signer you dont have to, but now we run into the fact i dont know the iphone landscape so cant advise.

The @npub1nyv…9nc9 relay had it first big moment, handling a big amount of subscriptions coming from https://nyves.nl. @npub176p…vgup helped me to finetune some limits and other settings, to optimize the workload. The relay had some hickups, but the machine never crashed.
Now it's time to rethink the strategy of @npub1nyv…9nc9, as the social network Hyves is back online (as a platform, offcourse, owned by an advertising company).
If you have any ideas or think you can help me with strategies, please let me know.

hahaha not much, don't worry, but your posts contain a ''client tag'', which means that i can see what app you are using. In this case it says ''Primal iOS''.
There might be a setting somewhere where you can turn that off inside Primal. Some other apps also add this tag, many others don't. And as far as i am aware not a lot of them are this specific in terms of stating what particular operating system is being used.

I see you are on an iphone, and unfortunatly that is something i am not too familiar with when it comes to apps and what works etc. Over at android land things are pretty wild with nostr appstores and a bazillion apps.
Still, as i have mentioned elsewhere, Yakihonne is available for iOS, so you can try that client
so here is the thing, words are a reflection of perception.
You never registered anywhere as such. What you did was create a keypair, that allows you to sign publications under a unique ''name''/pointer. Step two is creating a publication declaring yourself to be called ''Sibericana'', and the profile picture you use and your bio etc.
The signature is enough for anyone on the receiving end to verify it came from "Sibericana" (technically speaking atleast).
Primal is a tool, it helped you do that. The app helped to create that keypair, it helps you to you to draft those publications and sign them. Make that same keypair available to another tool, and it can do the same.
Depending on the app/tool, you can do various things. Some apps allow you to publish articles, or put things for sale, publish code or apps themselves.
These apps also gather publications from other people and shows them to you. It knows what to go out and gather because in first instance it knows ''you'' (your public key); in second instance it therefore knows to look up what follow-list you published for example. And based on that list, it knows from what people to gather stuff.
Primal does this; make your key available to another app/tool, and it will do the same.
Alright, all well and good, but we are not dealing in magic. These publications need to go somewhere, and they have to come from somewhere. These places are what we call relays. They are just servers, in a way not dissimilar to what websites are. Relays are in full controll over what publications they accept, how long they retain them, and to who they give them out on request. At the same time, you have the flexibility to use whatever relay that suits your needs and will have you, and multiple at the same time as well. Both sides of this equation are liberated. You are not stuck with a particular server and will just have to accept its policies because everyone else is also there, and its the only way to interact with them. At the same time, these servers are free to set whatever arbitrary policy they want, because they are not some defacto public square that facilitates the interactions of billions of users and as a result society itself relies on.
You can just be where you are; I can be where i am, and your tool/app will automatically go where i am if there is cause to go and fetch my publications and vise versa.
"Nostr" is a verb. Its a method. Its a bunch of standardized actions in creating identity, using that identity to create publications, and to distribute and fetch those publications whereever they happen to be. Apps are tools that allow you to perform that method of interacting and organizing with others on the internet.
The language policing is not some purity test (i sometimes make mistakes as well), its to make clear something entirely different is happening from what you are used to.
Platforms are indeed places. Specific servers, with specific associated apps, where you have to knock on the front door to request an identity in order to interact on that platform. You existence there, is by their definition; your actions there are by their permission; the authenticity of your expression is by their recognition.
With Nostr there is no ''register'' as such. You decided that "Sibericana" exists, and manifested that through method, without asking permission. I and everyone else, relays and users alike, can take witness of that fact, and act accordingly.

Buying shares in a bitcoin treasury company is not the same as owning bitcoin. You also own the financing choices wrapped around it.
A company can issue common stock, debt, or preferred shares to acquire more bitcoin. That structure may increase upside when its shares trade at a premium and new capital is available on favorable terms. It also creates claims that bitcoin itself doesn't have, including interest, preferred dividends, and repayment priorities.
Those obligations remain when bitcoin falls or the market stops paying a premium for the company's shares. The company then has a limited set of choices: generate cash elsewhere, sell bitcoin, issue more common stock and dilute existing owners, raise new financing, or reduce payments where its contracts allow. Someone in the structure absorbs the cost.
Before buying the wrapper, identify its recurring obligations and which investors get paid before common shareholders. Then compare that added risk with direct bitcoin ownership.
The company may still outperform, but that outcome depends on management, financing terms, and market appetite in addition to bitcoin's price. Cold storage removes those corporate variables and gives you the asset without another party deciding where losses land.

The payment targets proposal was soundly defeated by a vote, but that doesn’t mean I’m done adding payment methods to @npub1car…f0dd.
CLINK offers, a new Nostr-native payment method is coming in the next release. If you have a “noffer” string from your wallet (ShockWallet, Zeus, etc.) you can add it to your bio.
An offer button will appear in profile pages from Sidecar’s search bar, and you can pay them directly from your onboard NWC wallet, or via QR code.

Great question, it's a hard problem.
My strategy for this is:
Bootstrap with nostr and bitcoin plebs, they're at the cutting edge and understand and value the spirit we're building in.
Make it work fantastic for AI agents, because you don't need human friends in the app when you have 100 agents to talk to.
Get it in the hands of journalists and activists who need unstoppable secure messaging.
That's as far as my plan goes as of now, but that's already getting us to 100k+ users hopefully. From there on out it's easier to grow.
