Good night, all you fine freaks. 🌜⚡️🖖
I guess “super intelligence” doesn’t come with spellcheck.

I use a Hermes agent running on a private server and I still find it useful for specific tasks.
That’s exactly what it is.
The best time to call someone on the phone instead of sending a text is to not fucking call.

Let go of the electric fence Alex
LOL, I’m using it right now.
Dark Wisp. Amethyst. Ditto.
Meta practically ended humanity without AI.
oh all of that is weird. What version of table mesh did you use?
I tried it with another phone last weekend and everything worked smooth :/
40 is the new 20, as they say.
Does anyone still use Buzz, or nah…
The ones who gave their corn to a dictator in exchange for a residency permit? Who gives a fuck?
My bad. He’s the “coolest dictator in the world.” 😂
Fixed it for anyone who just wants to read the article.

Shut the fuck up, “Roger.”
Why do I have to read it on Substack?
Being able to move your own bitcoin proves that you control it today. A durable custody plan also has to work if you die or become incapacitated.
A setup that only its creator can operate may suit someone optimizing solely for personal sovereignty, but it doesn't belong in a family wealth plan. If your spouse or heirs can't identify what exists, understand the recovery process, and get appropriate help without exposing the funds, your technical competence has created a single point of failure.
The hard part is balancing two risks. Make access too easy and you weaken security while you're alive. Make it too obscure and the bitcoin may become unrecoverable when your family needs it. Self-custody removes dependence on an intermediary, but only a recovery design that survives you preserves that benefit for the next owner.
This doesn't require every heir to become a hardware-wallet expert. It requires a documented, tested process that the right people can follow under stress without giving any one person unnecessary access today.
Bitcoin can support intergenerational wealth, but the custody plan has to protect both the current owner and the future recipient. Otherwise your financial independence ends with the person holding the keys.
That sounds like a relay issue. @nprofile…jejf?

You’re using what just works, fuck the haters!
I’ve been building on that platform for a year. I was using it before it supported zaps. I built the first @nprofile…z585 wallet into a production Nostr client, @nprofile…47c0 and then into @nprofile…4k44. 😉
I will never call it that. Fuck this guy.
What does it use on the back end?
Just the right time of the year when the shelf in the hall holds both a straw and a wool hat... and girls start wrapping their legs in over-the-knee socks yet still show an obscene amount of skin. #AutumnLove

@npub18am…p424 May I add you too to this group? As you're planning to come over and visit FOSDEM.
Looks like a better version of WoS. 🖖🧡
Those pictures are really old.

TY friend, I see them. Try using a Nostr client next time. 😏
Been sitting on that one for a couple of days, ngl. 🤣
While there is certainly still a gap when you have a perfect image of the thing you want to create in your mind, it's like with any other tool - you can't expect to hit the moon despite the hype around it.
There are best practices and pitfalls to avoid:
* prefer rolling back the chat and updating the prompt rather than explaining the issue
* don't put all the content in one session
* iteratively create a sort of handbook of your style, get back to it when there's a miss and update it
* try few-shot prompting
* for audio use models that are actually intended for that, not just generic multimodals that get you like 90% there
* some models can better match your tone (for copywriting I think chatgpt takes the crown, for nerd explanation claude hits the spot for me)
Not saying it will get you 100% of what you expect, just wanted to show that there is some non-transferable experience you have to feel out by yourself, and judging its capabilities on limited interaction can be misleading.

Partially. npubs are linked but not resolved to user or display names.
A FIRE plan built around 10 to 15 more years of high income has a hidden dependency: your job has to last that long.
Your income is the engine during accumulation. It funds your living expenses, savings, and investments while compounding does more of the work each year. AI puts pressure on the length of that earning window.
I don't know whether the transition brings inflationary spending, a deflationary shock, or a productivity boom. Each path creates a different problem for your income and portfolio, so I use all three as a stress test.
My response is to treat the accumulation window as potentially shorter, measure progress in BTC as well as dollars, and build skills that become more valuable alongside AI. Bitcoin remains my highest-conviction long-term savings asset because its supply doesn't depend on an employer, management team, or government spending decision. That conviction still belongs inside a plan that accounts for volatility and lost income.
The useful question is how your savings pace, bitcoin target, and skills strategy would change if you had five to seven strong earning years instead of fifteen. Make that decision while your income still gives you options.
