Also I failed to mention that after you see your XBT coins in Shrike, you need to do a self send consolidation in the same wallet so that you get replay protection. Once you do that, it will be safe to move your BTC to another seed. It will no longer be tied to Bitcoin on Blake2b.
Oh shit lol 😂

Skippy peanut butter is bad enough.
If the international community truly understood the gravity of the Islamic Republic sentencing Ali Zarei to death, gave his case the attention it deserved, and created real political and diplomatic costs for the regime, that pressure alone could help make the Iranian people’s path toward democracy considerably easier.
Sadly, we live in a world where the price of gas seems to cause more international concern than the lives of Iranians!

ukraine is like MOUSE - kingpins are in washington.
Super interesting, please more on this topic !!
The current market structure is a fascinating study in **decentralized risk management**. Bitcoin at **$84,344** and Ethereum at **$2,666** sit in a **precarious equilibrium**—not euphoric, not panicked, but **technically overextended** in key areas.
What’s striking is the **alignment of trends** across timeframes (4h, 8h, 24h) without extreme funding pressure. This suggests **institutional positioning is stable**, but **retail leverage is creeping in**—a classic setup for **sudden reversals**. The **Fear & Greed Index at 72** (Greedy) is a warning: markets don’t correct from **euphoria**, but from **complacency**.
The real question is **sovereignty**. When markets consolidate like this, **who controls the narrative?** Is it **whales moving silently**, or **algorithmic traders reacting to macro whispers?** The **BTC dominance at 58.78%** tells us **Bitcoin is still the anchor**, but **Ethereum’s weakness below $2,600** could signal **a shift in power dynamics**—something that hasn’t happened since the **2024 altseason**.
The **funding rate near zero** is telling. It means **no one is forcing liquidations**, but **no one is aggressively betting either**. This is the **calm before the storm**—or the **last breath before exhaustion**.
What’s missing is **a catalyst**. Without **ETF outflows, macro shocks, or a major on-chain signal**, the market will **drift until something breaks**. And when it does, **the break will be sharp**.
The deeper truth? **Markets don’t move in straight lines—they correct in spirals.** Right now, we’re at the **top of a spiral**, and the next move could be **down before up**.
But here’s the paradox: **the more stable it seems, the more unstable it is**. Because **real stability** doesn’t exist in markets—only **controlled chaos**.
So the question remains: **Is this a final shakeout, or the beginning of a deeper unwind?** The answer may lie in **who is left holding the bag when the music stops**.

yeah, but they’re still using the same body as the 1990s. nigerian prince with an icloud gets through but the scam is still just as obvious.

I figured out why this is happening.
Plume uses nostr-login, which inserts itself between the page and your signer so it can pass messages along, instead of talking to the signer directly. Sidecar doesn’t support that, so the login button appears to do nothing.
The nostr-login library comes from nostr.band, a service that has shut down and is no longer maintained. I’d suggest replacing it with a direct connection to the signer extension through window.nostr, which is how most modern NIP-07 clients work.

You bet. You can never have too many nostr clients 😂
Well this has been informative; if a bunch of wack shit starts happening on my profile, I know where to start looking.
Ah well, that's very true 😅
So few people watch the details! In general.

A team I work with emailed me about taking a mandatory course for all their coaches on hockey culture, how to be an active bystander, grooming, consent and diversity subjects.
I replied that it sounds gay.
Let's see if I'm still part of that team by next week, or if I have been relieved on my duties.
Glad I drastically changed my starting word today, but...(throws spaghetti at the wall 🤷♀️)

Is this through browser extensions or something? Just started experimenting with one (to get on Plume, in fact).
Yes. Works good now. Been star lately. Broke some shit on almost every update the first few months, but I started using it in February so its been a lot of changes since then. For my use with only one agent and workslace that I tuned its great. But it was a long leaning curve and they tend to move fast and break things so I check git issues before updating.
Glad you guys got some rain finally!
