The last company I worked for, NIelsen, with the blessing of the obama-administration advocate friend of the MTV No Agenda guy, sent all the jobs to Bangalore.
I think there should be some kind of punishment involved for the partners who did this so that they don't do it again. Mild... but heavy enough to prevent recurrences.
