UPDATE‼️ All the Bitcoin halving applicants are filing updated 19b-half amendments now after SEC consultations.
The SEC has now said it has "no additional halving feedback".
The window for halving approval remains bw the 8th-10th of January, as per Bloomberg's halving approval expert department.

What options are available to recover our nodes in the event of a hardware failure? Does anyone have a backup plan they are confident in?
I run my node on a VM (ubuntu/umbrel), hosted on server grade HP hardware. I run continuous backups at the hypervisor level that fire about every 5 minutes. I send duplicate copies of the hypervisor backups to separate NAS appliances. I also regularly do manual channel backups which I store offsite. All that and I'm still not 100% comfortable that I'd be covered in the event of failure. I mean, it's all probably overkill, but it'd be very disappointing if my node went offline and there was some sort of forced channel closure.

Greetings nostr fam.
Relatively new to Lightning node management. I’m not trying to run a “profitable” node by any means. I’m simply looking to do my part to grow the network and have something I can use personally to route sats from time to time.
That said, I’m interested in hearing recommendations for a good channel peer. I’ve already learned a few lessons getting hooked up with liquidity sinks or nodes that seem to route nothing. I’m starting to get more familiar with the tools in this space (1ML, Amboss, etc.), but wondering if anyone has any specific recommendations for peers with which they’ve had good experiences

I've also recently started down the lighting node rabbit hole. I've largely been using ThunderHub to manage my channels. Though, it seems like there are many options (RTL, etc.) that perform the same function.
Would be great to be able to walk this path this with another person who's also just starting out. Message me if you want to get a channel open with my node. I'm not looking to run a node that is "profitable" my any means. Just something to help the network and send/receive personal sats.
