Self improvement is endless in and of itself so yes, doing whatever you can when the opportunity arises while also balancing it with your own personal struggles is ideal. 大家知道有什么椅子类型适合久坐伏案的画师吗？最好是能旋转升降而不是气压式的。
一直想换把椅子，现在这椅子是个地摊货质量，表面假皮革都脱落了，经常画完了蹭一胳膊的碎屑。坐垫部分似乎前倾松脱了，画画时本来身体就前倾，更是老感觉要从椅子上滑下去。唯一好处是猫都嫌弃不抓………
想换把电竞用的椅子，可以长久坐着不累（一般会连续画十几到二十小时）。不过电竞椅好像都是为坐直或者后靠的姿势设计的，我的姿势是要前倾趴在斜面绘图屏上，所以好像也不合适？（头枕腰枕什么的根本用不上……）
目前看到的可旋转升降的只有那种吧台用的椅子，可是那种都太小太硬了，不适合久坐绘画。
