If it is you can skew correct and just use one die or coin. Odd odd gets thrown out, even even gets thrown out, odd even is a 1, even odd is a 0. Or you can go high/low, either way. Works for coins too.
Trick dice will just make it take all day throwing out bits but you'll still end up with your entropy eventually.

A new experimental open-source tool called QuailSeed uses the naturally occurring pigment patterns on quail eggs as physical input for generating a 24-word BIP-39 Bitcoin seed phrase.
The process photographs 12 eggs from four angles each, analyzes and measures their shell patterns, converts the results into a deterministic transcript, and cryptographically conditions it into 256 bits of entropy.

TRNG or CSPRNG are both viable solutions.
My reason for dice is that they're a LOT easier to audit. Especially if you're doing Von Neumann skew correction so it doesn't matter if they're imbalanced anyway.
It's impractical to use dice for most of what we rely on RNG's for. But most of what we use RNG's for is less high stakes, and where it does really matter more with no reversibility it's usually higher stakes on the server side. But taking an hour to roll dice for a key that holds my family's wealth? Yea I'm happy to keep it low tech.

it's funny you say "which binary" because, fren, you have quite a lot of them stacked up—from my understanding of what you are expressing. however the biggest one i notice is that you seem to think that you either experience trauma or you fix it.
and i'm saying that even if you fix it, it still remains within you. your reaction and responses to my note demonstrate that within yourself.
i'm skeptical when you say that the healthy people you know have no issues with trauma. it doesn't matter if you're neurodivergent or neurotypical or neurowhatever—we all experience trauma to some degree because it's societal and generational. my father's wounds were passed to me and my wounds will be passed to my child. the difference remains in the severity. and i can take accountability for it because i know it's still there and not magically solved.
our parents die, our children die early, we are betrayed, we are misunderstood, we are neglected, we are preyed on, we are hurt, we are bullied, we are pressured, we experience loss, we nearly die...
all these things and more create trauma (whether you define it that way or not) to various degrees within different people, and just because you "fix" the environment, doesn't mean the residue "magically" goes away. and that residue shape your perception. so you can ignore it and let it operate unconsciously, or you can witness it, own it, hold it, and nurture it.
integration is the opposite of identifying with a trauma. integration means that you keep growing to include it as a part of a larger whole. not pretending that it never happened, or that it's "fixed" in order to be able to love yourself. the trauma doesn't shrink or disappear, you expand.
you can mend a broken heart, but you can't undo the experience of having your heart broken.
