### [问与答] 123 云盘是不是要“凉了”，退款都找不到客服？
我感觉 123 云盘这次要“凉”了，之前退款都找不到客服：
自从开创“网盘公摊”，引发众怒之后，123 云盘随后发表道歉声明，可以退款，但是目前退款还需要排队。
我感觉这次 123 云盘要倒闭，主要有 4 个理由:
1 、网盘市场本身就竞争非常激烈，这 3 年网盘厂商之间竞争本身就非常“卷”的，像大家平时用的百度网盘、夸克网盘、UC 网盘、迅雷网盘、悟空网盘这些平台，都有拉新推广活动。
你分享的资源别人转存、开会员，你都是有提成的。
123 云盘之前在第三方推广服务上也有推广活动，后来玩不起，自己在官网搞了推广渠道。
2 、123 云盘体量太小，名气不大，普通用户根本没听说这类“小众网盘”,用户基础薄弱
3 、这次开创了“公摊网盘”，下次不知道又改什么规则，其实就是当初当发布那会儿，给的权益太多，现在成本上来了，自己又玩不起了。
4 、退款都需要排队，就这，现在不退款，还等什么吗？
最后还是提个醒，赶紧抓紧时间退款吧，不然就是下一个 ofo 。
