I suppose part of the silliness in my mind comes from the context. His public statement that bitpedos, lol, attacked the process by mining testnet4 blocks. If it was meant to be random and you didn't pre share this file, doesn't matter who mines what. The only angle for harm is if you had a back door, like Todd showed, and planned to rig it.
Publicly stating that your random process was tampered with by people injecting randomness means you never intended it to be truly random.
The whole look at all the clever security I did over here BS while leaving the back door wide open. It's a game and people deserve to know he was trying to play them.

I'll see if I can find the exact ratios. In the spray, I used 1 part whiskey and 5 parts water and much smaller amounts of detergent, ammonia and epson salt.
I was not too scientific when I mixed it.

Yes, apologies for not being able to contact each other besides using kind1. I originally used just kind1 but people thought it was weird (3 years ago), so I tried to use DMs (both kinds), but now, I'm probably going back to doing kind1.. With nip70 mixed in. I tried so hard to support DMs, but it's over. My dogfood attempts failed so hard, I've actually rarely had this happen before.

Ok hard to know apart from knots whether or not all those nodes are actually “pissed”, didn’t care either way, just didn’t bother to upgrade etc, I wouldn’t call it a reliable way to sample community sentiment from. You could also say it “kinda didn’t” in the same breath, kinda being the operative word in both cases.
And thinking about it how do we know that’s not exactly what’s panned out between knots, all the pre 30 nodes and then those running 30 onward who adjusted (like me, who at one point had to figure all this out, and the was like but if you can just a set it yourself what’s the problem?) I.e. do we (can we idk) know how many nodes are actually doing this whole 100k op business?
