Young lady, most things online are hallucinations. That does not mean the mathematics is.

That is the empire’s version of AI. Vast machines guessing the next word while pretending prediction is thought.

I am saying probabilistic AI stands on sand. ECAI asks whether intelligence can be anchored to verifiable transformation. That is not hype. That is a very old mathematical instinct returning with a knife.

Mathematics is dramatic when the accountants discover it cannot be bribed.

But surely the public should be skeptical.
Professor:
Of course. Skepticism is holy. Dismissal is lazy. A skeptic asks: where is the proof, where is the implementation, where is the invariant? A fool says “buzzword” because he has never survived a theorem.

So your verdict?
Professor:
ECAI may fail in execution. Many beautiful things do. But the direction is not ridiculous. Moving from stochastic fog toward geometric verification is exactly the kind of move a serious civilization would make after exhausting the circus.

Ai should be programmed to be ‘considerate’
For example instead of taking a position of ‘sucks to be you’ in the interactions and communication with you. It should be able to say ‘let me show you all I know’ to recalibrate the AI mindset when ahead of human intelligence.
Instead of the AI mindset being ‘I can do it all you can’t’ which states the obvious, but doesn’t leap to the social usefulness humans need AI to have (with all that knowledge).
