Étape 1 — La règle
À partir du 18 janvier, les stablecoins américains doivent être garantis par de l’argent liquide et des bons du Trésor américain à court terme. Chaque nouvelle pièce = un nouvel acheteur de la dette américaine.
Étape 2 — La machine à argent
Bessent voit un marché des stablecoins à 2 000 milliards de dollars. BlackRock gère déjà les réserves d’USDC. Wall Street est déjà dans les coulisses.
Étape 3 — Le chaos
Guerre + chocs de l’IA frappent en même temps. Les gens paniquent et se ruent vers la seule chose en laquelle ils ont confiance : un dollar dans leur téléphone.
Étape 4 — La ruée sur l’argent faible
Les épargnants en 🇹🇷 🇦🇷 🇪🇬 🇳🇬 🇵🇰 🇱🇧 🇮🇷 🇻🇪 jettent leur monnaie locale pour des stablecoins en dollars du jour au lendemain. Pas de banque. Pas de frontière. Aucun moyen de l’arrêter.
Étape 5 — L’effondrement
Les petites monnaies s’écroulent une par une. Les banques centrales manquent de dollars pour les défendre. Les magasins arrêtent d’accepter l’argent local.
Étape 6 — La capitulation
Les petits pays abandonnent et ne jurent plus que par les stablecoins en dollars. Leur argent est maintenant l’argent de l’Amérique.
Étape 7 — L’issue fatale
Ils impriment des stablecoins à l’infini pour financer une dette imprimée à l’infini. L’hyperinflation dévore le dollar papier. La crypto explose. Tous les actifs réels s’envolent.
Chaque monnaie → dollar → stablecoin.
Et dans ce basculement, le Bitcoin a le rôle premier : c’est l’actif rare, non censurable, hors du système, qui capture la valeur quand tout le reste se convertit en claims dollars.

As the Vienna Philharmonic prepares to embark on its Japan tour with Maestro Riccardo Muti, they released these images from April 1956, when the Vienna Philharmonic travelled to Japan for the first time. Orchestra member Hans Reznicek filmed this remarkable archival footage during that historic journey, offering a rare glimpse into the orchestra’s first encounters with Japan. To celebrate the 70th anniversary of this milestone, a special exhibition at the Austrian Cultural Forum Tokyo will revisit the history of the Vienna Philharmonic’s relationship with Japan, from those first performances in 1956 to the present day. Mozart’s ”Eine kleine Nachtmusik” was among the works performed by the Vienna Philharmonic during their historic first tour of Japan in 1956.
