Söderlund und Madison (2015) fanden in ihrer Studie, dass etwa 70% der Artikel in führenden Gender Studies Zeitschriften sich auf Frauen konzentrieren, während nur 10% Männer als Hauptfokus haben. Auch im Arbeitsmarkt zeigen sich Schattenseiten. Die Forschung scheint hier einem Trend zu folgen, der weibliche Belange in den Vordergrund stellt.
In der Familienpolitik haben Fortschritte bei der Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf oft Frauen begünstigt. Väterrechte, insbesondere nach Trennungen, wurden hingegen in vielen Kontexten als nachrangig behandelt (Europäisches Institut für Gleichstellungsfragen, 2020). Auch hier spiegelt sich möglicherweise die Dominanz weiblicher Perspektiven in der Forschung wider.
Zudem hat in den letzten Jahren die Forschung zu LGBTQIA+ Themen und intersektionalen Ansätzen stark zugenommen (Hines, 2020). Während dies wichtige Perspektiven einbringt, könnte es - in Kombination mit dem Fokus auf Frauenthemen - zu einer weiteren Marginalisierung heterosexueller männlicher Erfahrungen in der Forschung führen.
Es ist an der Zeit, dieses Ungleichgewicht in der Geschlechterforschung kritisch zu hinterfragen. Während die Fortschritte für Frauen und marginalisierte Gruppen zweifellos wichtig sind, darf dies nicht auf Kosten einer ausgewogenen Forschung gehen, die alle Geschlechter gleichermaßen berücksichtigt.
Für eine wirklich inklusive und effektive Geschlechterforschung ist es notwendig, männerspezifische Themen verstärkt zu berücksichtigen, ohne dabei die Fortschritte in anderen Bereichen zu vernachlässigen. Nur so können wir eine Gesellschaft schaffen, die die Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen aller Geschlechter gleichermaßen adressiert.

Would join 1000% I been saying that bitaxe needs its own pool for all the little hash to team up. A nostr pool would be even more rad!
On a similar note, I appreciate shows without advertisements and hope we can get #V4V to the point where it provides enough incentive to the creator to avoid ads.
That said I understand why shows have ads and don’t fault them for doing so. I still stream sats to many shows with sponsors and have considered bringing on sponsors to my Freedom Tech Wrap show.

-is it worth the time or is it a better idea to plant a ton of plants and just focus on trimming
-one massive main cola could be pretty hard to prevent it from mold so splitting the tops can be necessary with some strains
-is it a matter of space, sometimes strains get too tall indoors and you need to widen them out to fill more space (because of plant legal limit)
-making a weed bonsai tree is beautiful
