Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a brand-new game from the creators of Life is Strange. It's been described as a spiritual successor to that series and was previously scheduled to arrive in late 2024. However, publisher Don't Nod has opted to delay Lost Records: Bloom & Rage and release it in early 2025 instead.
In fact, the delay is in large part due to a new Life is Strange game from another studio. Life is Strange: Double Exposure marks the return of the original game's protagonist Max Caulfield. The sequel, from Square Enix and developer Deck Nine Games, is set to hit PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in October, with a Switch release planned for later.
Don't Nod says it wanted to give Lost Records: Bloom & Rage some breathing space to succeed following "an in-depth assessment of recent trends and developments in the industry." But a quote from CEO Oskar Guilbert makes the reasoning more explicit. "We know that many of our fans are eagerly awaiting this game, just as they are the recently announced next installment of Life is Strange," Guilbert said in a statement. "Let's give both titles the space they need to be enjoyed by our players within the large community we have built."
While this update might be disappointing for those who were looking forward to Lost Records, it's a smart call. It gives fans plenty of time to experience both games without too much overlap.
In the meantime, Don't Nod reckons that Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, a surprisingly emotional action RPG from earlier this year that I enjoyed quite a bit, will boost its bottom line, especially in the long term. It also released the thoughtful climbing puzzle game Jusant late last year.

Tether is a corporation and they are doing what corporations do. They still had a positive roles in Bitcoin adoption in my opinion and seams to have learn from past mistake, with BTC and gold backed for their USDT.
If possible I would avoid using their token, which I did so far but if I do need to I would probably prefer them over USDC or other algorythmic stablecoin waiting to collapse.
They are not perfect but others might be much worse. Pick your poison.

3. Abundance of nature; very green city, with hikes and outdoor activities right next door on the Doi Suthep mountain.

You’re right that it doesn’t exist. I’ve been searching for a pebble time replacement since Fitbit bought Pebble and squashed it. The Google acquisition was the icing on the cake. You can still buy a Pebble time, or a HR2, but they never made the pebble time 2 (with heart rate) that would have been the dream device.
I have finally settled on the Garmin Forerunnier 255. Do I trust Garmin’s data handling practices more than Fitbit/Google? Yes. Should I? Probably not. Regardless, Garmins don’t have a reputation for breaking like Fitbits do. Garmin feels much closer to a Pebble in terms of customization and data accessibility. It has a color e-ink screen (this was huge for me) and buttons instead of a touch screen, which means a 7-10 battery life even with an onboard GPS. It allows for some open app development but is not open source. It’s definitely less like a smart watch and more like a tracker with notifications. Ive had it for about 6 months now and it’s the first device I’ve been happy with since pebble.

The most powerful thing about an npub is its independent existence. It exists independently of client, platform, and most importantly, independently of any legal enforcement system.
That means, with my npub, I can seamlessly transition between clients and platforms which I actively do with iOS, Android, Ubuntu, macOS and with the clients: Amethyst, Primal and Damus.
I know of no other network where this can be done. Power is completely vested in me via my npub.
The other thing I have been experimenting with is Pay-to-Npub (#P2NPUB) where any npub can immediately receive payment via Lightning and received as ecash.
Stepping back, I realize these are the properties that are going to make #nostr win in the long run - independent existence and the ability to receive payments.
